Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting original art. Because every piece in our shop is unique — from hand-crafted originals to fine art prints and apparel — we take extra care to make sure your order arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Times

  • Original artwork: 3–5 business days (each piece is carefully inspected, wrapped, and packaged before shipping)
  • Prints: 2–4 business days
  • Apparel: 2–3 business days

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Packaging

  • Original artwork: Framed originals are wrapped in acid-free tissue, padded with foam corner protectors, and double-boxed for maximum protection. Unframed originals are rolled in archival tubes or flat-packed between rigid boards.
  • Prints: Shipped flat between rigid backing boards or rolled in sturdy tubes, depending on size.
  • Apparel: Folded and shipped in poly mailers or boxes.

Carriers & Shipping Options

We ship domestically via USPS and internationally via DHL Express. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
  • International orders via DHL Express typically arrive within 3–6 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Insurance

High-value original artwork is shipped with carrier insurance included. If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours at [your email] so we can file a claim and make it right.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by your local customs authority.
